What are your top 3 short term health/fitness goals? What are your top 3 long term health/fitness goals?

Please share.......I am working on figuring out what my top 3 are. Trying to prioritize. :)

  • My top 3 are to prevent developing diabetes, feel healthier and look better.
  • SHORT TERM:

    1.) Create and execute a real work out schedule that WORKS for me.

    2.) Start making weekly meals plans for myself.

    3.) Keep my blood pressure down, naturally.

    LONG TERM:

    1.) Loose 40pounds and gain more muscle than fat

    2.) Buy myself a new wardrobe

    3.) Prove to myself and my kids that you can do anything you set your mind to.
