New trying to lose again, sick of weight going up and down

My sister showed me this site, thought I'd try it with her. Three years ago I lost 60 pounds, have gained back 40 of it. I don't want to go out and buy new clothes, I have plenty of nice ones in the smaller size. So time to get back on track.

    Came across this site, thought I would give it a shot...2007 I lost 160pounds went from 398 down to around 230, noe I am back up to 298...this sucks...any advice would be wonderful!!!
