Net calories under weekly

Just wanted to know what it means I am very lost! Does it mean I am on the wrong track or should I keep going with my nutrition to lose 1lb per week?

The idea is to eat to your net calorie goal to meet the rate of weight loss that you selected.

When you picked the option to lose 1lb / week MFP took a 3,500 cal weekly deficit from your estimated weight maintenance number. You are changing that moderate deficit to a massive deficit of 9,656!

The idea is to eat to that goal and not undercut it.

Would be useful to see your Total Calories too in case you are getting incredibly inflated exercise adjustments.

Provided your numbers are accurate, you are way undereating.

If you used MFP's guided setup to say you wanted to lose weight --- it would calculate your daily calorie GOAL and set it to a deficit from your maintenance level. So you do NOT want to be under it. It's not a limit...it's a GOAL. Eat at least that much.

If you then do intentional exercise, you should eat back those calories (to a level that works for you. I personally ate back 100% of my exercise calories on most days bc I was hungry - but I'd suggest eating back at least 50% of them so that you are creating too large of a calorie deficit).
