How do I login my venti Starbucks Christmas coffee with almond milk? When I try to log it in it only gives me a Tall.

    If you don't find an item in the database, you can create a new one.

    OR, just add a few ounces of the almond milk (and sugar, if there is any) to your diary separately.

    When I buy coffee I just add the ingredients separately - so that's a third option.

    Thank you! If I create a new recipe it does not show me anything Venti size (24oz).

    A tall is 12 ounces. Venti is 24. Just enter 2 servings of a tall.

    For some big chain like Starbucks, their web site will often have a calorie/nutrition calculator or list, where you can figure out the calories - often even for some unique combo of add-ins. You can use that to add the food to the MFP database just the way you consumed it.
