Hi all!

My name is Sarah and I’m 30. I gained 150 lbs in less than 2 years- no changes to my diet or lifestyle and after numerous lab tests and doctor’s appointments I gave up on losing weight. Last November I was 311. By March I was 280, and I have been between that and 273 since. Time to get myself in gear and actually make a change and try to lose this weight!

Goal: 140lbs - still “overweight” for my height but thin for my frame.
