Starting of week 2

Hi everyone,
I joined MFP on Aug. 16, 2013 as I have previously kept a food journal for my diabetes educator. I figured this would be easier. Just type it in as I made a meal. Well, 11 days in and not 1 lb. lost. I can't even complain as I have Lupus and I am on prednisone. Something that makes life difficult. Drs. say lose weight but the only way to do that is by starving oneself, which I won't do. I'm trying to keep positive and it's shocking to see the contents of some foods. I will continue the food log and comment every once in a while. Looking forward to making some new friends on here.
