if i overeat oneday , and cant return to diet ?
thats what happening now to me
how can i stop myself ?!!!!
and stop this and return to control my weight !!!!!
and you know whenever you overeat ......scale get crazy!!!
i lost 10 kg still 20 kgs !!!!!

also knowing the fact gaining weight is fast while losing weight is slow

Try to not engage in all-or-nothing thinking. You're likely to have days where you are less disciplined with your eating and that's a normal part of a weight loss diet. It's not failure, it's not "going off your diet" it's just part of the process.
Eventually, you will need to find a way to coexist with food and eating if you want your loss to be longterm, so if you are eating in a way that makes you snap and over eat and then have a hard time going back to it, then maybe that way of eating isn't working for you right now.
The most effective path to long term weight loss is making permanent, incremental changes to your lifestyle that you don't swing in and out of, but that you generally maintain with days here and there were you eat more, because that's a normal thing to do.

Just make your next choice whatever you plan to eat. Keep your consistency. This can turn your day back around. Maybe you go over calories for the day. But it is ok. I start fresh with my next food choice. It also helped to make my meals of the day ahead or to prelog to stay on track. If I pre make my meals I’m less likely to go off the rails like that.0
