Do you ever feel like no matter what you do, no one will ever recognize you for your accomplishments or talents? I am not usually a man who goes looking for or expects praise from my peers or colleagues... but a simple "good job" once in awhile would be a great wouldn't it? Instead what I get is criticism and snippy comments...
