Sometimes I just feel like putting my fingers in my ears and humming very very loudly. How do you makes heads or tails of science and nutrition? For each person that says cow's milk is bad, someone else says soy milk is worse....chia seeds are a miracle...or they cause cancer. How and where do you get your info and how do you know whom to trust when it comes to fueling our bodies?

Bro, I heard cardboard is like all fibre. srs. not srs.
srs.
I think almost everyone here can relate to what you're saying. I at least can. If all you do is google something. You'll find out that everything is bad or everything is good. Just eat what you want to eat that fits your caloric goal. You'll find a lot of the "unhealthy" foods will be tough to fit into your caloric goals. Therefore they're foods you should try to avoid eating on a regular basis.0
