90lbs down as of today. A great birthday gift to myself.

I seem to be the opposite of everyone else here, and put weight ON during the lockdowns, I put on almost everything I had lost and was maintaining for three years. The freakishly fast weight gain almost killed me, I found myself in the hospital struggling to breath because I had gotten so fat so fast.

I'm still 30lbs away from "normal" bmi again, but I'm down a total of 90lbs since last february. I've gotta say I'm feeling pretty good. 304lbs to 214lbs at 6' tall and 41 yrs old.

I don't know many people IRL to share this with, most people don't understand. Most people I know in real life will "talk about" "losing a few pounds" but never actually do it. I am proud to be a doer!

What's most impressive to me perhaps is how fast my body whipped back into shape. Going from a snug 48" waist pant, to comfortable 36" pant, and going from barely being able to walk a mile, to right back to my old lifting/cardio/martial arts routine. I'm killing it. In fact, I'm gonna go lift now, because this party isn't stopping.
