Hello, I am new to this and I forgot to add some entries to the food calendar yesterday. Now it is displaying today's date only. How can I go back to previous days? Also, is there a section somewhere that teaches how to use the website? Thanks everyone!

On the food diary page hit the arrow button on the left side of the day/date to go to the previous day. That usually works for me.
There are some eccentric behaviors on the site. I'm not aware of any HOW-TO guide. Most of it seems intuitive to me. The rest is a bit of a learn as you go adventure.0 -
you can use the arrows to go back and edit previous days entries.
Theres no 'how to' manual that I'm aware of. You kind of figure it out as you go along, or if you cant figure it out, you can always ask and someone will help!
I've been here forever and every now and then I see (read of) people doing things I didnt realize you could. Sometimes its a new feature, sometimes its something you always could, that I just never needed to so never realized was there.
And... it IS MFP, so.... sometimes things dont ALWAYS work how its.... supposed to LOL but usually, regarding the diary entries, it does. usually.0 -
There is some documentation, with some good nuggets in it, but it's mostly pretty basic and not always easy to find. It's under the "Help" link. In web MFP, that's in the main part (not the Community form) at the top of the page (where Settings is, among other things). In the phone/tablet app, Help is at the bottom of the main menu list. In the app, the main help information is under "Frequently Asked Questions", which seems odd to me.
I don't know whether the help documentation is detailed enough to answer your question about diary scrolling between days . . . I have my doubts.
On the web, you can also click on the little calendar icon next to the date in the header, and pick a different date (past or future). On the app, the same thing is available (at least in the Android version) by clicking on the word "Today" in today's diary page. (Usually, the Apple iOS version is pretty similar to Android.)0 -
