nadine, we have tried to help you time and time and time and time and time and time and time and time and time and time again.
go back to all of THOSE posts and read what we wrote THERE. our advice as NOT changed.4 -
Exactly what "help" are you wanting or expecting? As @callsitlikeiseeit has pointed out, you've made about eleventy kerjillion of these posts and have gotten excellent advice from a multitude of reliable people. What is the point of your making these posts over & over again, if you aren't going to take heed of ANY of the advice given to you by anyone? Endlessly whining & complaining on the forums about things that ONLY YOU control is not benefitting anyone at all, including you. So, why?
As far as "stress" goes, there will ALWAYS be stress in your life. ALWAYS. How you choose to manage it is up to you.2 -
You want to talk about STRESS nadine.
SIT DOWN and woman up.
I lost the majority of my weight between 2014-2016, 150 pounds of it, when my husband at the time had a stroke and was partially paralyzed. I was his primary caregiver. I was also the primary caregiver for my grandfather who was in stage IV kidney failure and on dialysis. And the primary caregiver for my grandmother who was in the end stages of dementia. I also had a teenage daughter, a teenage FOSTER daughter, and a son in kindergarten/first grade. Oh, and I owned my own business. I spent my time between 2 houses that were 45 minutes apart. EVERY SINGLE DAY. and STILL worked full time. And you know... was a mom. I slept 3 hours a day. I worked out every day. It was the ONLY time of day I had to myself. It was the ONLY thing that kept me SANE. All three of those people I was caregiver for died in that 2 year timespan. I had left my husband in that time period as well but was STILL his caregiver cause no one else would deal with his *kitten* self. I managed the estates for ALL of them when they died and dealt with 2 grieving children.
So..... tell me about YOUR stress and why YOU cant deal with life and eat in a deficit. But I somehow managed to?
If it is IMPORTANT TO YOU, you will do what you need to do.6 -
and this will be the last thing i ever say to you (unless you figure things out)... this is what weight loss looks like on a graph. This is my OWN weight loss over this past year.
See how it is NOT a straight line? it is up and down and flat? like a roller coaster? THATS HOW IT WORKS!
YOU WILL NOT BE DOWN EVERY SINGLE DAY! IT IS THE OVERALL TREND YOU WANT TO LOOK AT!
