Motivation Tip

For myself it was all about a booking our first cruise.

    I once used a Wild Cave Tour at Mammoth Caves National Park in Kentucky as motivation. The hips or chest measurements couldn't exceed 42". It was an awesome 6 hour tour with lots of tight spots to navigate, some of which required belly crawling to squeeze through! Unfortunately, I eventually gained most of the weight back. This time around my motivation is health-related.

    I signed up for the Shamrock Shuffle mid-March! I’ve been wanting to do this one since college, but never felt fast enough or strong enough to complete it since there is a time limit and 5 miles was always A LOT for me. It’s making me work harder on my running, and I already now can easily do the time and distance without issue! Now I want to be even faster :)
