how can I get the list of recent foods alphabetized.

I have to scan the multi-page list over and over. why not just alphabetize it for me so I can find the favorite foods easily. BTW, searching by date is useless. I can't remember the exact date I ate a yellow apple. but I sure remember that I ate one before. so give me an alphabetized search, pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeze.

You mean on the website? You can sort the foods by name:

You can also sort A-Z on the app. For Android, right-hand side of the screen across from History, there's an oval button that probably says "Most Recent" with three lines in it. Tap that, that's your sort and filter menu. You can sort by recent, frequent, A-Z or Z-A, and filter to show either all foods (handy for logging last night's dinner leftovers as today's lunch), or just ones you've logged for that meal (handy if you eat the same thing for the same meal every day or multiple days in a row).0
