Routine Help

I am currently doing a 5 day per week program.
45 minutes on the treadmill walking at a brisk pace (3.8)
15 minutes on the stationary bike.
I have been doing a full body routine so far.
Flat Bench Press - 3 sets 8 reps 135 pounds
Lat pulldown - 3 sets 8 reps 120 pounds
Leg Press - 3 sets 12 reps ? not sure on the weight
My question is this. Is my strength training routine a joke? I feel that I should be doing more than this. Should increase the number of exercises I am doing...or do a body split throughout the week.
I do the strength training 3 days per week and the cardio 5. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
