You better dig deep and find out the the really reason you want to loss the weight. Remember no one helped you put it on. People are here to support you but your the one that has to put the time in and be dedicated. Losing weight and getting fit isn't for quitters and cry babies the world has enough of them. For me it was having my first child born no i didnt reach my goal but im not quitting I went from 319 to 248 and reaching for 220. I was stuck at a plateau for 2 months but didnt quit. Just dig deep find a good reason and stay after it.
