Eating out NSV

I've been out to dinner the last 4 out of 5 night. Friday night was American food, I had a steak and a few fries and broccoli. Saturday night we went out with family for BBQ and I had salmon a few sweet potateo fries and veggies. I even had a few bites of chocolate cake. Sunday night we went out for a friends birthday at an Italian restaurant, I had a Cobb salad and ahi tartar. Monday night we went out for Brazilian food. I had a steak bowl with black beans and lettuce.

All in all I think I did pretty well those four nights and even lost two and a half pounds this week. I've learned it doesn't matter where you go for dinner you can usually always find a healthy (and usually delicious) option!
