Hello - it is me again

I have been on and off MyFitnessPal for years. I haven't been all that committed because - to be honest - my weight wasn't really affecting me. I have a set weight that my body likes - I don't particularly like it - but it is hard to get the scale moving and I didn't really have a compelling reason. I was healthy, had plenty of energy, all my numbers at my physicals were wonderful (except my weight). But as I have gotten older, many of those things have changed. I no longer have plenty of energy. I am finding it harder and harder to work out. My numbers are find, but not great. I think it is time I get ahead of this. I at least want my energy back - and my love of exercise.
