Trying out a different app. Was using BTWB, but it didn't integrate anything. It just counted, there wasn't any data relationship. Yes, it was great at counting (WODs, reps, maxes etc). My FitnessPal actually counts the calories in relation to your workouts (WODs).. so calories going in and calories burned. I'm nothing new to losing weight and being health conscience.. I've just struggled. I mean struggle A LOT. Every time I think I'm doing well or seeing results, life takes over (or literal hand to the face) and get side railed. It's the 2 steps forward, 4 steps back, 10 steps forward, 6 steps back kind of thing.

The Good: Involved with Crossfit community, workouts, WODs, attending workshops, extra workouts, ROMWod sessions, accessory work, stretch/yoga, InSand beach vball training.
The Bad: Inconsistent habits, work/life balance, stressed with Gov't shutdown (I work for a Federal agency), reoccurring aches/injuries, self doubt.

I'm a data person, so I like to see charts and reports. I like that I can see the calories I burn at Crossfit calculated in with the meals and see whether I'm "over" or "under". For the days I'm over, I can which items to eliminate at the next meal.

3..2..1.. Go!
