My name is Laurie. I just quit Weight Watcher. I've recently retired, and I'm trying to lose weight and get healthier, physically and mentally. I've been binging recently, and need to get back on track......(maybe really seriously after Christmas).

    Hey Laurie! You have dedication and motivation! Have you tried weightlifting/bodybuilding in a gym? While working out, I became more confident within myself. Once I started myfitnesspal, it helped me understand specific food to eat and to watch out for! If you have any questions, ask me!
