Anyone know any thing about a keto vegetarian meal plan to share , trying something new,

Most are selling something (eventually), even if there's a free plan up front, it looks like. Still, maybe the free teasers will help.
You might also get some ideas from searching vegan keto, then you could add back in foods you eat as a non-vegan vegetarian.
I guess I'm curious what your goals are, in adopting a keto vegetarian plan? I'm you've done your research, but I probably have some negative reflexes about vegetarian keto for 2 reasons: (1) I've seen quite a few people here expecting things from vegetarianism, or from a keto diet, that aren't really justified by reasonable research IMO, and (2) as someone 47+ years vegetarian myself, keto is unappealing to me personally because so many delicious plant-based protein sources bring a meaningful amount of carbs along with them.
I know that some people have a medical need to limit or control carbs, but also see some people who don't have those needs pursuing keto because . . . well, I guess because low carb eating is getting a lot of publicity recently?
I lost weight fine eating 150g+ carbs daily, maintain fine (for 6+ years now) eating 200g+ carbs daily, and some of my favorite protein sources - things I think of as well-rounded, nutritious, delicious foods, such as legumes (beans, peas, etc.) - are relatively high carb, hard to fit in with very low carb goals. I'm sure that makes me biased, but I know my preferences wouldn't apply to everyone.
Eggs and some cheeses are relatively low carb, seitan's not terrible if you're able/willing to eat gluten, tofu's not too high carb . . . . I think figuring out the lower-carb vegetarian protein sources is key, after that it's just regular keto.2
