SO.... Who is going to do the old I am gonna lose weight New Years Resolution thing this year? Y'all wanna see who can last the longest?🤣 For real though I want to make this change forever. If I have to count carbs forever I just will. How much different is that from what a diabetic has to do? I am going to be diabetic if I don't change because it's in my family history on 2 sides. It's better than becoming insulin dependant. I can't just wing it. Tried that last year and gained back all 30lbs. So I have to see numbers to stay in check. I am a visual person or learner. I have learned from my failures. I have to count or I fail everytime because I get unfocused and don't see what I am doing on paper or on the app. I still got this Christmas food but I am not waiting! Tired of being like this! Got MyFitnessPal App and following Fitness by Julie ! You can also subscribe. You can do her workouts sitting in a chair, standing up or even if you are disabled in the bed so no excuses! If you have a step platform you don't want I am looking for one but a low one because of my knees. She is for everyone! She is motivational. Made me a plan last night and a schedule. Got up this morning and got my starting weight, ate breakfast and got started! I have something important on Fridays and Saturdays so those will be possible rest days but going to try to do those too. Also trying to do am and pm workout since it's kind of fun but not going to down myself if I only do one. I loved the stretching she did! It felt awesome! Whatever your plans are for this year good luck and God bless! You have to commit to yourself even if that means wearing a ring or a piece of jewelry or something to remind you that you promised yourself that you were going to do this.
