Hello MFP members

I am new to MFP but not new to fitness or dieting. I have felt lately as though my get & go has got up & gone! This is exacerbated by me loving high energy Zumba and dance classes, but having hip problems. I need to be wise with my workouts and not over strain too soon and I also need a lot of support with my diet.
It’s a big job. But I am sure MFP has experienced people like me before.
