It has been a tough few years and I am getting back it. I have few SMART goals but wanted to see if anyone had any tips to getting back at it?

Make it easy to do what you need to do, and you can't lose. What that means for you specifically is going to be different than what it means for me, but making it easy for yourself is key.
This is primarily a calorie-counting website, so I'm counting calories. I make it easy for me by prepping meals - I batch-cook breakfast and lunch, and pick dinner recipes that freeze well. Breakfast and lunch will be the same thing all week long, so I already know how many calories I have for dinner, snacks, and dessert, and if dinner is frozen leftovers, I can pre-log my whole day and sometimes even the whole week on Sunday night.
I also want to build and maintain a habit of exercising in some way first thing in the morning, every morning. I make it easy for me by bundling together my workout clothes - top, undies, sports bra, and socks all rolled up in bottoms. I have seven sets, one for each day, and they sit on top of my dresser in a little basket. Easy to grab and start getting dressed early in the morning, or toss in a gym bag for later, no need to go rifling through drawers for underwear or worry about forgetting socks.2
