I have a desk job. I walk back to my home after office, which is 5 km, at least thrice a week. I play Cricket for at least 2 hours on Saturday and Sunday. Some days it extends to 3 to 4 hours too. So what is my activity level.

Are you talking about MFP settings or TDEE? Big difference. MFP is asking about your daily job activity and expects you to add exercise separately and eat those calories back. TDEE is factoring in your whole lifestyle including your exercise and you just eat the amount you set without recording the exercise.

This. For MFP, you're sedentary with your job, but supposed to add the calories you burn with exercise/walking/cricket.

If you use a TDEE method, you're probably lightly active.

Set for sedentary and eat back your exercise calories. That's what I do - and I have a desk job, walk to and fro and do either exercise DVD or zumba 6 days out of 7, plus longer walks at weekends (weather permitting).

Thanks everyone for your help. I had set my activity level to lightly active, which I will change to sedentary as suggested here. I still lost almost 9 kg or 19 lbs in last 2 months
