Chickpea and Edamame Hummus

Chickpea & Edamame Hummus
Ingredients
1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
1 cup frozen shelled edamame
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup tahini
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
4 garlic cloves
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
water to thin
Instructions
Heat 4 cups water to a boil in medium size pot.
Boil chickpeas and edamame for 10 minutes then drain and rinse.
In a food processor add the beans, lemon juice, tahini, salt, pepper and garlic cloves.
Blend until smooth, adding water 1 tablespoon at a time until reaching desired consistency!
Enjoy on toast or as a vegetable dip or in a gyro!
Store in the refrigerator, keeps for a few days!
