Cardio dance/exercise DVD?

Owing to restrictions (winter coming, toddler and no family to babysit, no local swimming pool, living very rurally etc) I am looking for an alternate winter/indoor cardio option. Reasonably low impact as my knees aren't that good and I'm banned from running and other high impact sports.
I've seen lots of cardio exercise DVD's marketed and I wonder are they truly cardio and are any of them any good? I'm not sure I'd get on with aerobics because of the knee-impact, but what about the dance ones?
Could anyone recommend one which is fun, reasonably low impact and followable enough that a novice dancer/aerobics person could follow without ending up in a knot on the floor? Based in UK so needs to be available here.
