Hello all,

My name is Vasso and I am also new to MFP

My starting weight is 153.2 and I would like to be back at my goal weight of 140 pounds

I work out with a personal trainer whom he is my “active rehab” coach. I deal with chronic pain -TOS and I have seen huge results with my strength 💪 for the past months

Still trying to figure out the daily calorie consumption and I would like to know from all of you how do you keep on track?
