Please help me cancel

Does anyone know how to cancel the premium subscription. The app is not letting me cancel and there is no customer service. Please help, this is really freaking me out!

    Options
    If you are Android user then open App store, open your Google account (avatar/icon on top right) and select payments and subscription. You can cancel it there.
    I guess iPhone has it in same way.

    To cancel your premium MyFitnessPal subscription, follow the steps below:

    Log into your MyFitnessPal account
    Select My Home
    Select Premium
    In the top right-hand corner, select Subscription Settings
    To opt of premium at the end of your billing cycle, select the Auto-Renewal menu from On to Off
