I’m very new to MFP and still learning my ropes. I assume it might be good to have some similar individuals to follow.
I am an Australian. I work full time (finance sector), happily taken and a busy mum of two primary school aged boys.
I am trying to lose a bit of weight before I can get on to maintenance phase; and either way- I plan to stick to MFP long-term. I tried Noom the past two months, but I moved to MFP for its ease of food logging. I did learn a lot from Noom, and otherwise have no complaints.
If you would like a new friend and/ or are following a similar path as me, please check out my profile and add me
