Introducing myself

At 70 years young I am starting again with my own volumetric/zoom type of eating plan. I need to lose 75 lbs., but I’d like to lose 100. After a week, Holiday sweet cravings are gone. I am trying to keep things simple with eggs, smoothies, or oatmeal with low sugar/fat yogurt and berries for breakfast; a giant non-starchy veggie chopped salad or soup with less than six ounces of lean chicken or fish; Less tha six ounces of lean meat, healthy veggies and a fruit for supper. My calorie max is 1200.
