Hi, I don’t know why the app is showing that I have took more calories than my plan, though I followed the macros goal.

Some foods in the database are ridiculously wrong in their calorie counts and/or nutritional information. It is largely a community-maintained database, so there are cases of errors in entries due to misreading labels or typos when entering the data.
If you find an error in a food's data, the database may allow you to edit it. For items with the green check-mark, if it is in error there is no way to edit it. In those cases users usually just create a new entry and put in the correct data there (you'll find some items with the term 'corrected' or 'correct' where that was done by a user - unfortunately some of those are not correct either).
It would be nice if the system did a basic 'sanity check' to compare the calories contributed from all of the macro values with the total calories for a food serving when a new database entry is being created, but that doesn't appear to be part of the system.
