I have been a member for many years. Using this app for keeping track of my intake. When I stay on track I do great. I feel great. But I slack off. After 3 yrs and 3 surgeries later because of a car accident I am back to my original weight. This round of recovery I have begun mediation. I find doing so I am having an easier time mentally. I find my cravings are for healthier options and I am moving without thing to do so first. My hope for this year is to better myself mind, body and sole. We can all learn something new. I hope to give and get as much insight as I can! Here’s to a new year and a new healthier physically & emotional me! ✌️❤️💪
