I’m 55 & using FP to track my calories. I’m wanting to loose 50+ pounds. Ultimately, my aim is to find a sustainable way to change my eating habits & be more healthy. It’s a daily challenge!!

I'm 50 this year and looking to do something similar. I never want to go on a diet again, but educate myself about how to eat more healthily, sustainably (me and the planet) but above all, maintaining the pleasure I get from food.0
