Back after Covid

Hi, I've been on mfp on and off for years. Caught covid in September and it's took its toll on my breathing, taste/smell and also extra wobbles on my bum. I'm finally ready to get myself back to health and kick it's a**e. Been a long n scary road but here's to a better 2022 for all xx
