I use measurements because they are not affected by salt intake.

    Round 173 107.0 down to 105.6 cm

    This round:

    07 104.0 106.5 105.5 106.0
    08 103.5 106.5 105.0 108.5
    09 104.5 106.5 105.5 107.5
    10 103.0 107.0 106.5 108.0
    11 103.5 107.0 107.0 106.5
    12 103.5 107.0 107.0 106.5
    13 104.0 105.5 103.0 107.5
    14 102.5 106.5 103.5 106.5
    15 102.5 106.0 105.5 106.0
    16 103.5 106.0 103.0 106.5
bold means I dropped by half a cm.

Plugging these into my spreadsheet I get a trendline of 106.2 down to 104.8 cm

Eating: I had a few days when I had a splurge, but I'm doing alright. My average intake since 1st Jan is about 250 kJ above what it should be, that's recoverable in a few days or so.

Exercise: I went for a run only on two days, and managed 8 minutes one day, and 2 the other (I must have been quite tired). I had a headache one day, so I could have run for 9 days. Sadly I didn't.

Sugar: I had sugar 7 days this round, way too often.

Weight loss: I'm losing about 0.35 kg per round right now, not a lot. At the current rate it's going to take about 27 months to lose it all.

@JenKindo Like you “having trouble processing” the 1 on the scale, a dear friend told me I was “tiny” for over a year before I saw a reflection of myself and thought it was someone staring at me. Last summer on my 4 year keto/LCHF anniversary my daughter took the picture of me which is on the right of my profile pic. I still have problems thinking of myself as tiny but getting better. It’s definitely a head game!

Oh, I've avoided pictures my entire adult life! Pretty sure my brain would explode! 🤣

    And you look great!

@200Karen - just above the text box, look for the paragraph symbol (5 from the left) and click the down arrow - the Spoiler tag is in there.
