Just show up.

I’m finally getting my lift on at a 24/7/365 gym and it feels awesome! yvwidvaa7cf5.jpeg

welcome! I belong to 2 gyms, one is a 24/7 and is the one my trainer is based out of. That one is further from my home, but is a lot NICER (also more expensive when you factor in my trainer LOL). I dont go at odd hours, but it is nice being able to go on holidays or during the weekend, when my Y (my closer gym) keeps weird hours, especially on sunday (only open a few hours in the afternoon...). I mostly keep the Y membership because I can go to ANY Y in the country (sign in process is just a bit different) and I do like to go to the pool at the one in the neighboring county (that one you actually does have a 24/7 option I think, but it may cost more, iirc). But I'm not driving an hour to workout.

My primary gym is 24/7....EXCEPT for Sundays, because the owner is a big Bible-thumper and "you should be in church instead." Right, right. So I have an alternate gym for Sunday mornings. But I work a really crazy schedule (rotating 12-hour shifts) and literally train at 2am pretty frequently, so 24 hours is a big deal for me.
