Hi my name is Nicole, I have been battling with weight issues forever which means this is not my first time using MyFitnessPal . I had weight loss surgery last year, and looking for new friends who had weight loss surgery.

    Welcome @nkluyber2021! I believe we have at least one Group in our community (probably more) that discuss post-surgery techniques and the like. If so, maybe one of those members could chime in?

    We have a ton of great and supportive groups (https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/groups) here that might interest you beyond that as well, and I encourage you to check them out.
