Grams option on every item

I weigh my food in grams. I hate that I can’t have a simple option to create gram tracking from an already inputted food.
At least give me the option to switch it to grams and weigh it

    Options
    The database entries as well as serving options are crowdsourced by other users, not MFP. Most things have multiple entries and I can almost always find one that has grams or otherwise by weight.
