Galaxy Watch 4 vs Active2 Watch

My wife and I have different watches but both use Samsung Health. I have the Galaxy 4 and she as the Active 2. I started getting the Calorie Adjustment right after Christmas but she does not have it on MFP Diary. Is there something that needs to be done to enable it? I enabled Negative Calorie Adjustment thinking it might "kick start" it, but is hasn't yet.

The important qualifying question here is; Is she getting a "0" for her calorie adjustment with her steps recorded, or is there nothing there at all?

If it's the former, that just means that she hasn't earned a calorie adjustment yet. Her Activity Level may be too high (many people suggest setting this to "Not Very Active" to ensure you always get an adjustment, for clarity) or she may just not be very active to begin with. In either case, this does mean the integration is working correctly and that what you're seeing is accurate. It is normal to not receive a calorie adjustment in some cases. You can tap on the adjustment to see the how the math breaks down.

If there is no information there at all, that means the integration isn't set up properly and would likely need to be disconnected then reconnected. Our Support Team can help with this. (https://myfitnesspal.zendesk.com/hc/en-us or email directly to support@myfitnesspal.com)
