Hello everyone

Hello,

My name is Alicia. I’m 38 from Ohio. I’m 5’3” and weigh 186 lbs. I suffer from some heart issues and Crohn’s disease, so my weight has gotten a little out of my comfort zone. I'm looking to lose about 36 lbs this year. The only exercise I’ve been cleared to do by my heart doctor is walking. During the spring, summer, and fall I’m pretty active, but during the winter, I'm pretty sedentary.

I’d love to make some friends that have similar goals. I'm also open to some easy healthy recipes.
