Tracking Macronutrients

I'm trying to track my macronutrients as they're related to my goal of reducing my bad cholesterol. I've upgraded to Premium which I thought would give me more access and tools for tracking this information. I've entered my daily goals for fiber, mono and polyunsaturated fats, but I'm not able to find where I can EASILY see and track these. I have replaced some of the standard options with mono and poly on the food diary tracking, but it doesn't seem to be picking up the quantities that I've updated in my goals. Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated. :)
