I am 38 years old and have just committed to living a healthy lifestyle. I have a large amount of weight to lose, and have set very realistic goals;

* Lose 150 ponds. (over time....NOT OVERNIGHT!)
*Hit my target BMI
*Eat healthier, and make better food choices = BUT when I make a poor choice, do not Beat myself up about it....Just get back on the wagon.
*Journal everyday, and keep track of my food choices.
*Be willing to learn from other's successes.
*Try new ways of exercising.
*Find ways to fit exercise into unobvious places...like parking at the far end of the parking lot instead of waiting ten minutes for the best spot.......
*Actually use my gym membership.... :blushing:
*Pay attention to not only the scale, but the way I FEEL!!!!

I am a very positive person, but inspiration from others is never a bad thing. I promise I will try to inspire you too! :heart:
