Daily Calories

Hi all, this my first week starting my journey. I’ve imputed all my meals and exercise but still have 569 calories left for the day.

Breakfast 560 of 558
Lunch 366 of 558
Dinner 334 of 558
Snacks 200 of 186

I’m confused and would appreciate any feedback.

    Your calorie goal goes up when exercise is logged because exercise isn't accounted for in your activity level.

    You can make your lunch and dinner bigger tomorrow...

    If your nutritional bases are covered well, it's fine to eat a cookie and a nice glass of milk, or have some ice cream, or whatever. Or, what Moosie said - get closer tomorrow.

    It's not a good idea to be lots under goal day after day: Can be counterproductive. One day here and there, no big deal. Some people like to balance out by looking at the weekly average.
