Hello 👋

I’m new to this, so any advice is greatly appreciated - I am trying to lose some weight and improve my fitness. I Love running, as off the beaten track as I can get local to me but other than that and walking my little gorgeous 🐶, I don’t do much else. Pounds have piled on since hitting 50 and proving difficult to shift!!

    I also enjoy running and walking my dogs! As you might have heard before, you can't out run a bad diet. Well, you might for a while, but it will catch you! MFP makes losing weight just a bit easier than without. Tracking your calories can be very eye opening. Have you heard of Pahla B? She's on YouTube and is "your favorite middle aged fitness friend". She has a lot of information on losing weight and exercise in your 50s. Good luck!
