What are you changing to/from? I mean are you overhauling your nutrition or activity or some combination of the two? Total lifestyle reboot?1

Lowering carb to around 35% and trying to eat real food, avoiding processed junk.0

Right on. I JUST (as of yesterday) dropped my carbs to roughly 45% (I don't really go by percentages, but that's what the math comes out to with it).1
