Hi all! I hope it was alright to use reddit format for my intro title. I'm on my LAST weight loss journey (I vow). I started right before the new year and lost 2.8lbs in my first week. Prior to this attempt's start, I lost 15 pounds slowly without much direction since 2019. This time around, I am doing CICO and trying to eat healthy foods much of the time. Some days I follow the Slim Fast plan when I can stand the hunger. I try to walk 45min per day right now and would love to eventually get to 2 hrs of daily walking (probably split up). I'm happy to be here!
I haven't always been heavy. Prior to 2019, I had hovered in a healthyish weight zone most of my life but in 2019, I gained 60 lbs in 5 months. This was due to developing binge eating problems due to some mental health struggles. I have since worked a LOT on binge issues and it has gotten SO much better. Good luck to us all!
