Vegetarian protein ideas from UK supermarkets

Looking for suggestions for vegetarian source of protein in UK supermarkets.

It must be whole food only.
I posed this last time and I got really nice suggestions and I have added them in my diet.
I am easily hitting 150 grams per day on 2300 calories budget.
It's my surplus.

Some of the items I added based on suggestions on my previous post
1)Cottage cheese has become my number 1 favorite. Is it safe to consume daily. Why its price varies so much in all supermarkets. Are expensive ones better? I buy mine at Aldi

1 aldi cottage cheese has 36 gm of protein.

2)hight protein yogurt. I get 25 gram of protein in yogurt 200 gram

3) Hemp seeds bought from TK max

4) Greek yogurt
5) lentils pasta quite expensive but it's nice

Please share more such least processed options for a vegetarian.

Cheers
😊

Any beans or pulses will fit that, you'll find tins of them as well as packets of raw ones in all supermarkets.
Quinoa is a grain with a lot of protein, you can use it like you would cous cous.
I regularly eat falafel from Lidl/aldi (they are made from chickpeas so have protein), hummous, eggs, nut butters. You can often find tins or packets of lentil or chickpea based curries if you don't want to make it.

Regarding the price of cottage cheese - the price of everything varies wildly according to where you are. Even in the same shop you might find different brands with hugely different prices. I am firmly of the opinion that is makes no difference as long as the like the taste of it.
