Any suggestions to get my fitbit steps to be recognized? It just say 0 of 10,000 steps I have tried logging out of both apps its says my fitbit is connected?

Mine still is not working - I have tried the fixes they posted but still not working.. they are working on the issue and hopefully will have a fix soon1
