Is 60 minutes of crying considered exercise? I feel like its is but I don't know.

Are you going to do it every day? (Please don't.)
It may burn a tiny few more calories than sitting still, but not enough more to worry about counting.
ETA: Please seek help with whatever is causing you to cry. That kind of help is usually better from people in one's real life (close friend, pastor/priest, therapist - that sort of person). Us random idiots on message boards might like to help, but message boards mostly aren't a good venue for that, and we don't know you and your situation and needs at all. Hoping you can find a way to feel better!2 -
I don't think crying for 60 min is worth the effort. Please find something that you enjoy instead. Come to the forums to vent if you need to but as mentioned above, please seek professional help. A big hug.1
